The client wanted a mark that fit into their established style of logos but referenced the nature of the the location of the property. Davie, FL is famous for its rustic ranches and it's proximity to the beach. As such, the design references rope and wheat, as well as flamingos and the shore.
Onward Book Club

Logo design for best-selling author Elizabeth Gilbert’s book club Onward.
Onward is a book club made to highlight the works of Black women to a wider audience. Gilbert wanted a logo that would emphasize the community and connection that this club facilitates. The logo we landed on ultimately combined the imagery of a book and an arrow pushing forward, paired with a classic serif font and a sleek sans serif.
